6 DAYS MIKUMI / RUAHA / SELOUS 

Day 1: Nairobi / Mikumi                                                             Arrive and depart Der-es-Salaam for Mikumi National Park arriving in time for Lunch. This Park is dominated by hills and mountains. It is termed as "A small Jewel" where you can see the rare wild dog and all the wildlife species. You can visit the Uduzungwa Mountain National Park with spectacular mountain views, water falls and beautiful flora and fauna. Dinner and Overnight at the Lodge / Camp.                                                    Day 2:  Ruaha National Park                                                    After breakfast drive to Ruaha National Park, the second largest Park in Tanzania. It is bordered by Ruaha River and at the banks you see herds of Elephants, Giraffes, prides of Lions and Great Kudus. Afternoon game drive. Dinner and Overnight at the Lodge / Camp.                                                                                             Day 3: Ruaha National Park                                                      Whole day game viewing with a visit to Isimila where you will find red earth pillars eroded by the centuries. Dinner and Overnight at the Lodge / Camp.                                                                           Day 4: Ruaha / Selous Game Reserve                                 Depart after breakfast and drive to the the largest reserve in Africa "The Selous Game Reserve " crossed by the Rufiji River and its tributaries which form a network of Lakes ideal for boat safaris. Picnic Lunch, afternoon game drive. Dinner and Overnight at the Lodge / Camp.                                                                      Day 5: Selous Game Reserve                                                   Whole day game drive with a visit to Stieglers Gorge where Rufiji and Ruaha meat, meals served from the Lodge / Camp. Optional fishing trip to Tagalala Lake or walking Safari with an armed Ranger. Dinner and Overnight in the Lodge / Camp. Day 6: Selous / Der / Nairobi                                                                  After breakfast drive back to Dar-Salaam with Lunch en route before connecting to Nairobi or Mombasa to end your Safari.
