9 DAYS: SAMBURU / NAIROBI / MAASAI MARA / AMBOSELI / TSAVO WEST

 

Day 1: Nairobi / Samburu - After breakfast depart for the semi-arid Samburu area further North of Mt. Kenya, crossing the Equator arriving at Samburu Serena lodge  for lunch. Afternoon game viewing. Dinner and overnight at the Lodge.

 

Day 2: Samburu - Whole day dedicated to game viewing in this reserve known for its unique species of game like: Beisa Oryx, Reticulated giraffe, Grevy’s Zebra, Somali Ostrich, etc. All meals and overnight at your Lodge.

 

Day 3: Samburu / Nairobi - After breakfast game drive en route to Nairobi arriving in time for Lunch. Afternoon at leisure or you could be picked for a city sighting. Dinner and overnight in Nairobi Serena Hotel

 

Day 4: Nairobi / Maasai Mara - After breakfast depart for the famous Maasai Mara Game Reserve, arriving for lunch. Afternoon game spotting in the Reserve. Dinner and overnight at Mara Serena Lodge.  

 

Day 5: Maasai Mara - Whole day dedicated to game viewing with the option of a visit to a Maasai village or balloon ride that departs at 06.00hrs and ends with a champagne breakfast in the plains. All meals and overnight at your Lodge.

 

Day 6: Maasai Mara / Amboseli - After breakfast game drive en route to Nairobi arriving in time for Lunch in Nairobi Serena Hotel. Continue to Amboseli via Kenya / Tanzania Border "Namanga" arriving  Amboseli in the late afternoon. Game drive in the Park, Dinner and Overnight in the Amboseli Serena Lodge.

 

Day 7: Amboseli - Morning game drive after breakfast. Proceed on a whole day game viewing with an optional Tour of the Maasai Village or a Nature Walk. Dinner and Overnight in the Lodge.

 

Day 8: Tsavo West - After breakfast drive via Chyulu Hills to Tsavo West National Park arriving in time for Lunch in Kilanguni Serena Lodge. Afternoon game drive visiting the Rhino Sanctuary for the Black Rhinos. Dinner and Overnight in the Lodge.

 

Day 9:Tsavo West / Nairobi - After breakfast visit the famous Mzima springs for aquatic animals then proceed on your game drive as you return to Nairobi or you can be dropped off at a Mombasa Beach Hotel.
